HAED updates

I've been working on a couple of my HAEDs while watching tv adn not doing housework like I should. The first update is on Believe I took this pic this morning but I last worked on it in September.

Terry asked about my 2nd HAED so I pulled it out and snapped a pic. I haven't worked on it in a while. I believe I last worked on it in May.
This last pic is what I have done in the last week and a half. I decided to work on it since it is for me and it is a Christmas stitch.

Fall is finally here

With the fall weather comes the falling of the leaves and temps starting to fall. Don't get me wrong I love fall, I like the cooler temps and the changing of the leaves. What I don't look forward to the the falling of the snow and the below freezing wind chill here in the heartland.

I've been stitching I've finished 1 project this year it's been a slow year. I've been working on a couple of other project one being an HAED. Here is an exchange project that I did it was for Shelley over at Shelley's Artsy Fartsy Life it was part of a Fall Ornament Exchange at the ILCS yahoo group.

Other then working and doing some stitching I was on a vacation with my DH we went to Florida and then took a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas. I loved the cruise DH wasn't that happy with it, we had really rough seas and he was sick both ways. You can see pics here.

Still on leave

I'm still on leave from work it's been a little over 3 weeks now I go back to the doctor on Thursday to see if I can go back or not. I'm not sure if my arm can handle the 50 pounds yet but we will see what the doctor says.

While I've been off I've been stitching and I even signed up for an ornament exchange for in one of my yahoo groups. It's been awhile since I've signed up for one so I'm excited to see who my partner is.

Here is Believe I've started filling in the butterfly after that there is just a little for to do on the outside of it to finish page 1. Maybe I'll get it done for my sister's birthday next year.
